For Orlando-area HVAC contractors
More calls from Google Maps.
When a homeowner's AC quits, they search Google, compare a few listings and call one. I clean up your Google Business Profile so yours is the one that looks ready to pick up.

What homeowners see on your Google listing
Most HVAC owners are too busy running jobs to look at their own Google profile. Homeowners see it before they ever reach your website. Here's what they may notice.
Reviews with no reply
You earned the reviews. But when most of them sit unanswered, it can look like nobody's minding the business.
Why it costs jobs: an owner who answers reviews looks like one who answers the phone, and that's often who gets the call.
No recent Google posts
Posts show right on your profile: a recent install, a tune-up reminder, a current offer. If yours has none, it can look like no one's home.
Why it costs jobs: next to a competitor who posts, a quiet profile can look closed or out of date.
Gaps in the basics
Missing holiday hours, services that aren't listed, old or stock photos, a description that doesn't say where you work.
Why it costs jobs: homeowners may skip a listing that doesn't clearly say "we do this, in your area, and we're open."
Start with a free 1-page audit
A plain-English page showing what homeowners see on your profile today, and the top fixes that would turn more of those searches into calls.

I check your public profile
Against a 30-point checklist: reviews, posts, hours, services, photos, links. Only what's on screen; no login needed.
You get one page, by email
Usually within a day. What's wrong, why it costs you calls, and how to fix it. Keep it and use it either way.
Want it done for you? The cleanup.
One fixed, one-time price. Done within 14 days of getting Manager access to your profile.
- Profile fixes. Every quick fix from the full audit applied: hours, services, categories, photos, links and the rest.
- Review replies in your voice. Up to 10, each one about that customer's actual job. Anything 3 stars or under waits for your written OK.
- Google posts. 4 posts in the first 14 days, so your profile looks active.
- Nothing big changes without your OK. Your main category and business description only change with your written approval.
You stay the owner
You add me as a Manager from your own Google profile. I never need your password.
A Manager can't remove you or delete your profile, and you can remove my access anytime.
The guarantee
If the full audit finds fewer than 10 meaningful fixes (things that are wrong, missing or outdated on your live profile), you get a full refund within 5 business days, and you keep the audit.
Questions
Straight answers, by email, like everything else here.
How much does the cleanup cost?
One fixed, one-time price, no contract. It comes with your free audit, so you see exactly what it would fix before you decide.
Can we talk on the phone?
I work entirely by email, so everything stays in writing and nothing gets lost. Send any question to eric@hvacmapfix.com and I'll answer within one business day.
Do you guarantee more calls or a higher ranking?
No. Nobody honest can promise that; Google decides rankings and homeowners decide who to call. I guarantee the work: the fixes, the replies and the posts, plus the refund promise above.
Will you post anything without asking?
Replies to reviews of 3 stars or under, and changes to your main category or business description, always wait for your written OK. Posts only use facts and offers you've confirmed.
Do you use AI?
AI helps draft. I check every reply and post against your actual reviews and business details before anything goes live.
What if my Google listing isn't claimed yet?
Claiming it is free. I'll email you plain steps to claim it with Google and then add me as a Manager.
Who's behind this
I'm Eric Miller, the owner of HVAC Map Fix, based in South Daytona, Florida. I do one thing: Google Business Profiles for HVAC contractors. I'm new, and I'd rather show you with a free audit than tell you with a sales pitch.
